Poppy Seeds, blue

Poppy seeds are the traditional seeds we often see on bagels and breads. To release their nutty sweet flavour and aroma toast/ dry fry lightly before use. Delicious in salad dressings, sprinkled in salads, noodle or pasta dishes. Also makes a delicious crunchy coating on fish before frying or baking.
