Garlic Powder

Garlic powder is a decent alternative to fresh garlic and used in many seasoning blends. Add it to other spices for making spice blends or seasoning rubs for meats. A good ingredient for your cupboard.  It is important to keep this spice in an airtight container in cool dry place otherwise it will become hard and lumpy.
