Spanish Paprika, known in Spanish as pimenton, is a versatile spice that can be used as a condiment or a seasoning.  It is good used in slow cooked dishes like stews and tomato sauces, where its rich red colour is a key feature as well as its subtle, earthy flavour.  Paprika plays a very important role in Spanish cuisine and it is one of the key ingredients in dishes such as paella. This sweet paprika is also useful as a garnish – sprinkle a little over your cooked dish before serving. The true flavour of Spain!
