Rare Pepper Seasoned Salt

New to our range of seasoned salts, this organic sea salt is blended with three rare peppers. Black pepper, long pepper and Cubeb pepper combine to give a deliciously tropical aroma and flavour. Use this as a finishing salt for steak, chops and roast meats for a touch of the exotic, and a couple of pinches will lift white sauces, and also help to make perfect mashed potatoes. It can be used in any Asian dish, and it comes into its own when used in a Salt and Pepper Prawn stir fry. And of course this makes a lovely table condiment too!
