Montego Bay Peppermill Mix

This lovely blend of peppercorns is characterised by the tropical, fragrant notes of allspice berry, which is often known as Jamaican pepper. We mix this with three other peppercorns, all chosen for their fresh and aromatic flavours and the way they balance the bold allspice. Use this as a table condiment which will give your food a touch of Montego Bay magic! It is also great used to season such things as steak, pork chops, chicken or fish before pan-frying or grilling, and adding a good grind to a sweet potato mash or a pumpkin soup works wonders.
