BBQ Sizzler

A blend of carefully selected herbs and spices can be sprinkled directly onto meats, fish or veggies to add a bbq flavour. It can just as easily be mixed with ingredients of your choice such as oil, garlic, honey, yoghurt and soy to produce a more exciting marinade. Alternatively if you love the bbq flavour, simply use this as an all purpose seasoning to add smoky flavours to bland dishes. This blend uses some fine ingredients such as Mexican chipotle, lemon peel amongst others.
