For a quick, simple and healthy meal, marinade your chicken pieces overnight, pan-fry using low fat cooking spray or bake in the oven to add to anything you like eg. salads or wraps. This seasoning combines well with natural yoghurt.

Ingredients: paprika, coriander, celery salt, nutmeg, onion, sugar, tarragon
