Vanilla Sugar

A great ingredient for the baking enthusiast. Made of pure bourbon vanilla pods that have been ground and infused in the sugar for several weeks to produce a strong flavour. Try a generous sprinkling on baked fruits or on top of a bread & butter pudding before putting under the grill to caramelise.
