Organic Herb Salt

This organic sea salt is blended with herbs including parsley, marjoram, savory, oregano, coriander, lovage, nettle, thyme, dill and celery, chosen carefully for the way their flavours balance each other. Garlic and onion are also involved, creating a salt which is so good for seasoning and finishing any dish. It works especially well with roasted vegetables, and is also great in tomato sauces, indeed anything with tomato involved will get on with this lovely salt so well. It is useful in baking, where it can be sprinkled over focaccia, ciabatta and pizza. It also makes a great table condiment.
