Lemon Salt

From our ‘everyday’ range of seasoned salts, this lemon salt is perfect for cooking. Made of sea salt infused with lemon peel (ground into a fine granule) with the addition of citric acid, it works really well when used with chicken or fish, and is especially suited to Mediterranean cooking. Its qualities are only enhanced by combining with herbs such as thyme, tarragon and dill, all of which have citrus notes of their own – try combining with dill for a wonderful seasoning for smoked salmon, or tarragon for a roast chicken. Lemon salt can also be used as a table condiment, and one of our favourite ways to use it is sprinkled over fish and chips.
