Chicken is usually the preferred choice of meat used for making fajitas but this blend also complements steak and fish very well. We also find it to be a perfect seasoning to add to your potato chips/wedges before baking.
One of the best things about fajitas is that they are so easy to make! Rub chicken strips with Fajita seasoning and allow to marinate for half an hour, then cook in a very hot griddle pan with sliced onions & peppers till sizzling. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and warm tortillas or rice.
