Fajita Seasoning

A spicy blend of herbs & spices specifically prepared for your homemade fajitas. Chicken is usually the preferred choice of meat used for making fajitas but this blend also compliments steak & fish very well. We also find  it to be a perfect seasoning for your potato chips/ wedges before baking.

Making a quick & simple chicken fajita dish:

rub chicken strips with Fajita spices & cook in a hot griddle pan then simply add sliced onions & peppers. Serve with guacamole & sour cream.
