An attractive and well balanced preparation of 3 different varieties of algae from Brittany including dulse, sea lettuce and nori. Their colours, from purple to dark green, reflect their rich nutrients.
To use, simple sprinkle over salads, cereal, vegetables, soups and in stir frys. The flakes can be added to your dish simply as they are or you can first soak them water for just a few minutes to reveal their freshness and delicate smell.
