Bourbon Vanilla Salt

We love this new organic sea salt blended with top quality Bourbon Vanilla so much! It has that wonderful vanilla aroma, and the sweet luxurious flavour of vanilla really stands out. It is the perfect salt for making salted caramel sauces or ice cream, the vanilla notes really lifting them, and it works just as well in cookies and biscuits. Another great use for this lovely salt is to season fish (sea bass works particularly well) baked ‘en papilotte’, and a few pinches of it on grilled scallops raises the game too. Finally, a sprinkle in a white wine sauce to be used for fish or chicken will give it a delicious touch of luxury.
