Apple Fruit Powder

All the flavour and aroma of one of the world’s most popular and widely-used fruits, concentrated and easy to use. You can use this delicately pale green powder anywhere you would use fresh apples, but it is particularly good for making such things as sorbet, or in cocktails be they alcoholic or booze-free – added to a jug of Pimms for example. It is wonderful used in herb teas, where its crisp and slightly sharp flavour will give a lovely balance and natural sweetness.
