Honey Powder

This amazing new product packs all the aroma and flavour of honey into a handy and easy-to-use powder, which can be used anywhere you would use the real thing. It can be used as a healthy alternative to sugar, as it has a natural sweetness, meaning it is great stirred into natural yoghurt or used in baking cakes or cookies. Use it the same way you would use honey in savoury cooking too, with the proviso that you don’t get the ‘stickiness’ natural honey provides. One of our favourite things to do with this is to stir it into natural yoghurt – you can eat this as it is, or pair it up with your favourite fresh fruit, or to go with muesli or granola. Versatile, healthy and so tasty, we will be using this a great deal during the Summer.
