Beetroot & Apple Sea Salt

This lovely infusion, harvested by hand sea salt from the Jurassic Coast of Dorset using renewable energy to create a natural and artisan condiment packed with flavour and free from any additives such as anti-caking agents. Deliciously different, this version stars the crisp zing of apple with the deep sweetness of beetroot, making for a colourful and complex salt which is fantastic in salad dressings.
