150g Tagliatelle Verdi1 large, top quality Chicken breast fillet
1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets and blanched
1 glass white wine
100ml double cream
2tsp Cuban seasoned salt
2tsp Champignon crumbs
1tsp Garlic powder
1tsp Tomato and Basil salt
freshly grated nutmeg
good grate of black pepper
handful of freshly grated Parmesan/Grana Padano/Pecorino cheese (any of these is good, pick your favourite!)
