Porcini Mushroom Pieces/ Granules

This little gem has to be considered a store cupboard essential – simply adding a few pieces of our porcini mushroom to your food will give it the ultimate umami blast, concentrated and intense. Use it anywhere you need that earthy flavour added to your food, particularly in stews and casseroles, and of course it will only add to any mushroom based dishes – try adding to a simple mushroom soup, or add a few granules to the gravy in a chicken and mushroom pie. When you feel your food needs that extra umami, these granules are the answer!
