Crepe Pan (26cm)

This wonderful crepe pan from the Zinel brand is notable for its Endura non stick coating; food just glides off the pan with little or no oil, providing a healthy cooking experience. It is made of heavy gauge aluminium for maximum heat retention, and the induction bottom provides quick and even heat distribution. The pan has a diameter of 26cm, and has a soft rubber handle which makes it comfortable to use with no heating up. The pan is perfect for making crepes, Indian breads such as roti and chapatti and for frying anything which is best cooked with little or no oil. It is suitable for gas, electric or induction hobs, and is dishwasher safe.
