Mulled Wine Spice

The perfect drink to warm up with during the winter months.  Use about 10g per bottle of wine (mix with 40g brown sugar per bottle and some orange slices) or for a non-alcoholic option infuse in grape, orange juice or plain sugared water.  The longer the infusion the better the aromas and taste. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL, simmer for 20-30mins.
