Moroccan Fish Tagine

This delicious Moroccan dish is generally made using meat or chicken, but we have created this blend specially so you can make this lovely one-pot meal with your favourite fish. A fish tagine would not include the dried fruits which are used when cooking with meat or chicken – in Morocco preservsed lemons or limes would be used instead. To mirror this flavour, we have included Iranian Lime Powder in the blend, to give that fruity, tangy citrus kick to the tagine.

This blend is also very good to use as a dry rub when grilling or frying fish, and a perfect way to bring an authentic taste of North Africa to your fish.
