Rosemary and Mint Seasoning

The perfect seasoning for lamb.  Spread generous amounts of the seasoning over the uncooked meat or mix first with a little oil before spreading over the meat for a crispier edge to the meat. Then make some small incisions in the meat to poke in little pieces of garlic and allow the spice rub to seep through (bearing in mind the seasoning blend already has garlic in it, if you like it very garlicky feel free to add 1 or 2 fresh garlic cloves otherwise leave this out).
Try mixing with a little oil and lemon  for a delicious salad dressing.
