The aromatic and earthy qualities of rosemary are combined with one of the most attractive salts of all to produce this blend. Cypriot Pyramid salt is produced by a unique process of evaporation which can take up to two years, and it is this process which results in the dazzling pyramid shape of the salt flakes. It has a subtle yet deep flavour, which when mixed with one of the most Mediterranean of herbs results in a perfect finishing salt for grilled foods, salads and particularly dishes which contain tomatoes. A simple plate of thickly sliced tomato will be transformed when dressed with this salt and a drizzle of olive oil, a true taste of Summer!
