This lovely infusion, harvested by hand sea salt from the Jurassic Coast of Dorset using renewable energy to create a natural and artisan condiment packed with flavour and free from any additives such as anti-caking agents. This version is infused with dried lemon peel and thyme, and it is perfect for using with fish, seafood or chicken. Also it can be used to give a zesty, Mediterranean flavour to your cooking, meaning of course it can be used in many recipes from the area, particularly in Greek dishes. The salt has a strong flavour, so a little goes a long way.
