This is a lovely salt which both looks attractive and is good for you! Pure Hawaiian sea salt is blended with organic bamboo leaf extract (which is rich in amino acids and antioxidants) to give a gorgeous jade green colour and a subtle exotic flavour, and it is perfect to use as a finishing salt in Asian cookery (where the bamboo flavour works so well). Sprinkle on sushi, on a crunchy raw salad of Oriental vegetables, and why not try using it to garnish a fruit salad?
