This is our everyday chilli salt, a blend of unrefined coarse sea salt and our hot chilli flakes. There really are no boundaries on where and how to use this zingy salt which can be used in any cuisine. It is particularly good for using in Asian food, especially roasted and deep fried dishes such as spare ribs or fish, and equally is great when used as a simple but flavour-packed seasoning for grilled chicken or again fish in Western cooking. While we use hot chilli flakes, the salt balances this so you will not get a massive chilli blast, more a subtle, lingering heat which will enhance the flavours of your dish. This can also be used as a table condiment for the true chilli lover.
