Lemon Grass is a staple ingredient in Southeast Asian cooking, prized for its fresh, citrus flavours. It is used to flavour curries, soups and stir-fries, in fact dishes of all descriptions. These stalks are freeze dried, meaning that all the flavours of this naturally great tasting spice are preserved. Soak in warm water for 10mins before use to reconstitute, then bruise with the blunt edge of a knife before adding to your dish to release the natural oils they contain.
