This blend comes from the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius, and is one of our favourite curries. It reflects the diverse cultures (Creole, French, Indian and more) which have influenced the cuisine of the island, resulting in an exotic and tasty blend which includes curry leaf, mustard seed and fenugreek.
This is such a versatile curry blend, which can be used to cook your own favourite ingredient – it works equally well with meat, chicken, vegetables or seafood. Because it is not too hot, all the spices included show off their qualities, producing a dish which is warm, aromatic and delicious.
