Bagel Seasoning

This lovely new blend will give your bagels an authentic flavour and appearance with its ingredients being minced onion, garlic, salt, poppy seed and sesame seed. Simply sprinkle the seasoning over bagels before baking. While the blend is designed for bagels it can of course be used with other breads to give them that typical flavour, and it is also good sprinkled over foods such as cream cheese, eggs, salmon and steamed veggies. It is also an interesting and tasty seasoning for aperitif nibbles such as tortilla chips, pretzels and peanuts.
