Chilli Con Carne - a much loved dish amongst most people, not only does it tastes good, I love the fact that it's rather a simple meal to prepare. With this spice blend, your chilli will taste even better. The addition of one key ingredient makes this blend truly special - Ancho chilli (a variety of Mexican chilli). Ancho chillies are extremely mild but their full bodied flavour makes them perfect in tomato based sauces, meatballs, stews or slow cooked dishes.
