The spices here have been especially selected and mixed for use with white meat. A blend of coriander, cumin, black cardamom, red chillies, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, mace and salt. Delicious with boneless skinless chicken and potatoes. All you need to add is onion, ginger, garlic, chopped tomatoes and fresh coriander before serving. This is a medium heat blend. To tone down the heat, if required, just add a spoonful of natural yoghurt.
